With the right amount of confidence, anything is possible. It was not easy for me to shift my career after 15 years as a professional in the food industry's sales sector to another field.
For these reasons, I have defined an open-ended, long-term vision for myself and feel a need to help people change their lives for the better before I retire. This vision is rooted in the health and fitness industry. I want to place greater emphasis on a healthy work-life balance, provide guidance on physical and mental health, and regularly monitor clients' progress. No matter what you set out to do, you have to trust and believe in yourself. Here, I am trying to accomplish something through what I love, and I have to become certified and professional to help our clients properly.
I am a Master Trainer at the most respected college in the Sports and Fitness Industry, ISSA & NASM College of Exercise Science. ISSA certification consistently ranks among the top credentials and is well-respected worldwide, which better equips me to help our clients reach their goals. ISSA strikes a perfect balance across all aspects of health and fitness, with a critical focus on nutrition and special population groups.
Now I believe in my ability to make a difference, help others achieve their health goals, and enjoy the journey together.
We need to change our defeatist mindset and recognize that the problem lies within us. Never say you don't have time or enough money; excuses are common, but they reflect a loser mentality. Success won’t come until we adopt a winner’s mindset. A winner’s mindset is about focusing on oneself and having motivation. The key is to pursue what makes you happy and healthy.
